Our Terms & Conditions.  

Please note that by taking a booking with us you are considered to be in FULL agreement with Our Terms and Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions of Warden Springs Holiday Park.  

 
1. Arrival & Departure Times 
Check in for the caravan is between 13:00 and 13:30 on the first paid day. You must be vacated by 09:30 on the booked date of departure. If you have any question then please feel free to contact us.

2. Late Arrivals 
If you expect to arrive after 4pm, or are unexpectedly running late, on the first day of your stay, you must let us know so that we can make suitable arrangements for you to collect your keys. Unless we are previously notified, you must claim your accommodation by 7pm on the first day of your stay otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled without notice. Ensure you have our contact numbers both on paper, and also saved into your mobile phone, if you have one.

3. Occupancy
The number of persons occupying the holiday caravan must not exceed the number of berths stated. The people comprising the 'party' must be exactly as shown on the booking form. This is a LEGAL requirement and as such any alteration must be notified to us and receive approval. Any ‘day’ visitors to the site MUST see the Warden Springs Duty Manager who will arrange a Day Pass for them. The party as a whole, and ultimately the lead member of the ‘party’ takes responsibility for any visitors to the site, their well-being and their actions.

Termination of Occupation. 
When placing a booking you are deemed to have accepted ALL our Terms and Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions of Park Resorts. The owners reserve the right to terminate your occupation of their caravan, without compensation, when in their reasonable opinion any person(s) has failed to observe these booking conditions, or when the conduct of any member of your 'party' or visitor is considered detrimental to the proprietors’ good name or other visitors on the park. This may include, but is not limited to: verbal or physical abuse and will be at both ours and the Park Managements discretion. In this event no refund shall be due.

  4. Party Members (Re: Age) 
Our caravan is generally intended for family holidays. We are therefore sorry that we cannot accept any parties of single people under the age of 21. Other parties of young people may be accepted but only at our discretion. Please note that if you look younger than 21, you may be asked to prove your age with a valid form of photo I.D. (e.g. drivers license or passport)

5. Cancellations
If you find that you have to cancel your booking, it is necessary to notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply as follows: 8 weeks or more = loss of deposit only 4-8 weeks = 50% of the total paid. 2-4 weeks = 70% of the total paid. Less than 2 weeks = no refund

6. Children
Parents are asked to see that their children do not cause damage on the park or in the holiday caravan. Parents will be held responsible for the behaviour of any children in the party or visiting, also of any damage caused by them. Parents are also asked to consider the other guests/owners on the park when allowing their children outside to play.Please ensure that a responsible person accompanies your children at all times.

7. Linen 
For your convenience we provide one set of linen per bed (eg, duvet, pillow, sheet, duvet & pillow cover), we also provide tea towels. Fell free to bring your own linen and tea towels. One hand towel for the bathroom is provided, please bring your own towels with you.

8. Pets 
Please contact us about the type of pet you wish to bring with you, as some breeds of dog are not permitted on the park. There may also be a small charge to your holiday per pet to allow for additional cleaning etc.

Please note that the standard ‘Security Deposit’ may also increase.

9. Security Deposit 
(Refundable within 21 days of end of holiday) example: £50 normal usage + £20 per pet (at owners discretion)

NOTE: Security deposits can vary depending upon any particular situation and ultimately are at the discretion of the owners, Sabrina and Matt.

10. Liabilities
We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of any personal items by fire or theft or any injury to persons whilst on Warden Holiday Park. We recommend that you arrange your own holiday insurance cover for personal possessions, vehicle breakdown, emergency expenses, medical expenses etc., as this is not included in the price of your holiday.

11. Care For The Caravan
Please ensure that the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy condition (All dishes, etc must be washed and put away and unused food and drink removed from the fridge/freezer. All refuse should be placed in the bins provided around the park).

Accidents can and do happen, so please report any loss, breakage or damage so that shortcomings can be corrected prior to the next guests arrival. The caravan will be inspected after your stay and we will charge you for any loss or damage to the caravan or its facilities.

We reserve the right to enter accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.

If the caravan is not left in the manor stated above, charges will be taken from the security deposit for the additional cleaning needed to bring the condition back up to standard for the next tenant.

12. Smoking 
Smoking is NOT permitted in our holiday caravan. Any smoking will end with your eviction from the caravan with no refund of the holiday or the Security Deposit.

 

13. Website Accuracy 
We do endeavour to ensure that all details on our website are accurate at the time of going live but unreservedly apologise, although without liability, for any inaccuracies herein.

 

14.Site Facilities and Entertainment.
Your holiday booking only covers the use of our caravan and its facilities. The onus is on the ‘party’ to investigate fully what is available on the site for the duration of your stay. 15. Park Terms & Conditions 
Guests are also asked to abide by the terms and conditions of the Warden Springs Holiday Park. These terms and conditions can be found on their website www.park-resorts.com/wardensprings.

 

16. If We Need To Cancel Your Booking
We always endeavour not to change the date or to cancel your booking, but unfortunately in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change of date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the following options:

a. accept the alternative arrangements as notified to you
b. choose another available break from us at the advertised price
c. cancel your holiday with a full refund of any money you have paid

In other circumstances, including those arising from force majeure*, we do not pay compensation.
* Force majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather and acts of government.

 

17. Complaints, and Suggestions
We are most concerned that you have an enjoyable holiday. Should you have cause for complaint or suggestions for improvement, if it concerns the caravan site please advise the Park Resorts Site Manager immediately, so that it can be investigated and action taken. If the complaint or suggestion concerns the caravan itself please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so the matter can be acted upon as quickly as possible.
